1. Erz\u00e4hlen Sie uns ein wenig \u00fcber sich. Was hat Sie dazu motiviert, dem Animationsteam des Hotels Cala d’Or beizutreten?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich komme aus Argentinien und lebe seit 20 Jahren in Cala d’Or. Mein erster Urlaub in Europa f\u00fchrte mich nach Cala d’Or, und ich war so verzaubert von der Magie dieses Paradieses, dass ich beschloss, im n\u00e4chsten Jahr f\u00fcr eine Saison zur\u00fcckzukehren. Diese Saison wurde zu 20 Jahren, und hier bin ich. Ich bin seit 26 Jahren Yogalehrerin und genie\u00dfe es, Menschen zu treffen und mich mit ihnen zu verbinden, ihre Ferien so unvergesslich wie m\u00f6glich zu machen und sicherzustellen, dass sie sch\u00f6ne Erinnerungen an uns haben. Ich begann im ersten Jahr im Hotel mit meinen Yogakursen. Im folgenden Jahr arbeitete die damalige Reisef\u00fchrerin nicht mehr im Hotel, und Sandra, meine ehemalige Chefin, die mir vertraute und die ich sehr respektiere und liebe, bot mir an, Teil des Hotelteams f\u00fcr Aktivit\u00e4ten zu werden. Ich bin ihr unendlich dankbar!<\/p>\n

2. Was genie\u00dfen Sie am meisten daran, freitags neue G\u00e4ste zu begr\u00fc\u00dfen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Am meisten genie\u00dfe ich es, alles, was wir bieten k\u00f6nnen, zu teilen und f\u00fcr sie im Hotel zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stehen, ihnen bei allem zu helfen, was sie brauchen oder tun m\u00f6chten, sowohl in Cala d’Or als auch auf der Insel. Ich lade sie gerne zu den Aktivit\u00e4ten ein, die wir exklusiv f\u00fcr sie organisieren, bei denen wir viel Spa\u00df haben. Ich helfe ihnen auch gerne, ihre eigenen Ausfl\u00fcge auf der Insel zu organisieren, zum Beispiel, wenn sie ein Auto mieten. Ich empfehle Orte und Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten sowie geheime Pl\u00e4tze, je nachdem, wohin sie gehen m\u00f6chten. Es ist ein Muss, lokale Gerichte oder Restaurants zu empfehlen oder eine Tour durch die Weinberge von Calonge zu machen, um deren Weine zu probieren. Und nat\u00fcrlich unterhalten wir uns ein wenig \u00fcber alles, was gerade ansteht, w\u00e4hrend wir eine ausgezeichnete Sangria genie\u00dfen!<\/p>\n

Eine lustige Anekdote war bei meinem ersten Ausflug. Ich war so nerv\u00f6s, dass wir einen Minibus f\u00fcr etwa 10 Personen mieten wollten, und sie schickten uns einen gro\u00dfen Bus f\u00fcr 60 Personen. Es war urkomisch, so einen gro\u00dfen Bus vor dem Hotel warten zu sehen, nur f\u00fcr uns. Der Fahrer fragte: \u201eWo sind die Leute?\u201c Jedenfalls nahm er uns trotzdem mit. W\u00e4hrend des Ausflugs regnete es, und wir mussten durch die Berge wandern. Vor lauter Nervosit\u00e4t verirrte ich mich mit den G\u00e4sten. Ich wusste nicht, wo ich war oder wohin ich gehen sollte, und das Schlimmste war, dass es kein Mobilfunksignal gab. Ich konnte es nicht verbergen; ich musste ihnen die Wahrheit sagen. Sie fingen an zu lachen, und dann tat ich es auch. Es war wie eine Lachtherapie-Sitzung \u2013 wir konnten nicht aufh\u00f6ren. Sie ermutigten mich und halfen mir, den richtigen Weg zu finden. Wir kehrten nass, aber gesund und munter zum Hotel zur\u00fcck, und jedes Mal, wenn wir uns danach im Hotel sahen, mussten wir einfach lachen.<\/p>\n

3. Von all den Aktivit\u00e4ten, die Sie organisieren, welche ist Ihre Lieblingsaktivit\u00e4t und warum?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yoga ist nat\u00fcrlich meine Lieblingsaktivit\u00e4t. Viele G\u00e4ste kommen, um Yoga zu erleben, und viele haben noch nie zuvor an Aktivit\u00e4ten teilgenommen. Was mich wirklich gl\u00fccklich macht, ist, dass viele von ihnen nach Hause zur\u00fcckkehren und anfangen, Yoga zu praktizieren. Einige kommen im n\u00e4chsten Jahr wieder und erz\u00e4hlen mir davon, was sehr erfreulich ist. Ich genie\u00dfe auch die K\u00fcstenwanderungen; es ist wundersch\u00f6n zu sehen, wie sie die Aussicht genie\u00dfen und sch\u00e4tzen, und ihre Kommentare des Erstaunens oder Seufzens zu h\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n

K\u00f6nnten Sie eine unvergessliche Erfahrung teilen, die Sie mit G\u00e4sten w\u00e4hrend eines der Ausfl\u00fcge oder Aktivit\u00e4ten gemacht haben?<\/p>\n

Es gibt einige G\u00e4ste, die dieses Jahr k\u00fcrzlich hier waren. Sie nehmen immer an einigen der Ausfl\u00fcge mit mir teil, und seit Jahren schenken sie mir immer etwas. Es besteht eine besondere Bindung zu ihnen; sie sind wie meine \u00e4lteren Geschwister. Dieses Jahr wollte ich sie mit einem kleinen Geschenk \u00fcberraschen. Sie hatten es nie erwartet und waren wirklich ger\u00fchrt \u2013 ihre Augen funkelten.<\/p>\n

4. Welche Empfehlungen w\u00fcrden Sie G\u00e4sten geben, die Cala d’Or zum ersten Mal besuchen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich empfehle und lade sie ein, an unseren Ausfl\u00fcgen teilzunehmen. Wir haben jede Woche viele verschiedene Ausfl\u00fcge, bei denen wir M\u00e4rkte und Messen in verschiedenen St\u00e4dten besuchen. Diese Ausfl\u00fcge f\u00fchren die G\u00e4ste zu emblematischen Orten mit gro\u00dfer Sch\u00f6nheit und spektakul\u00e4ren Aussichten, wie zum Beispiel Mondrago. Einige sind n\u00e4her am Hotel, wie Spazierg\u00e4nge durch S’Alqueria Blanca, ein authentisches mallorquinisches Dorf, w\u00e4hrend andere etwas weiter entfernt sind, wie die Drachenh\u00f6hlen. Diese sind morgendliche Ausfl\u00fcge, bei denen sie neue Orte erkunden k\u00f6nnen, und wir kehren bis zum Mittag zum Hotel zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n
