Destination: Cala d'Or

Its unmistakable charms were discovered by a group of avant-garde artists who settled here in the 1930s. Soon after their arrival, the word spread and Cala d’Or took off. It became the perfect place for a relaxing seaside vacation or if possible to invest in a holiday home.

The small village and harbour are located in one of the many rocky coves with sandy beaches (calas) that you’ll find all over Mallorca’s east coast.

Cala D’or is one of the liveliest resorts on Majorca's east coast. There are plenty of things to do and see here all year round. If you come here, you can; check out the marina at Cala Llonga; see the ocean from a glass bottomed boat; go sailing; go wild at the local fiesta; witness the fascinating Caves of Hams and the famous Caves of Drach; visit the Aquarium de Mallorca"; or just go on a car journey around this beautiful island and try and see as much of it as possible.
