Hoy, queremos destacar la variedad de uvas insulares y tres bodegas que son emblemas de innovaci\u00f3n y respeto por la tierra: \u00c0nima Negra, 4 Kilos y Son Alegre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La isla es hogar de una variedad de uvas que echan sus ra\u00edces a un suelo rico con un clima privilegiado. Entre estas, destaca la Callet, aut\u00f3ctona de Mallorca, protagonista en la producci\u00f3n de vinos tintos de cuerpo ligero y aromas frutales, junto a la Manto Negro y la Premsal Blanc, que completan el cuadro de variedades locales contribuyendo a la singularidad de los vinos mallorquines, todo un tesoro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde hace unos a\u00f1os, hemos incorporado referencias a nuestra carta de vinos de las siguiente bodegas locales:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0nima Negra se ubica en el sureste de Mallorca, donde la brisa del Mediterr\u00e1neo roc\u00eda los vi\u00f1edos. Esta bodega nace de la pasi\u00f3n por rescatar y potenciar las variedades aut\u00f3ctonas, enfoc\u00e1ndose en la Callet para crear vinos que expresan la esencia de la isla. Su filosof\u00eda se centra en la m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n y el m\u00e1ximo respeto por la naturaleza, lo que se refleja en cada botella.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 Kilos representa el esp\u00edritu de innovaci\u00f3n y audacia. Su reputaci\u00f3n trasciende, conocidos por su enfoque artesanal y experimental en la vinificaci\u00f3n, lo que les ha valido reconocimiento internacional y estar presentes en restaurantes de tres estrellas Michelin. Su nombre refleja la inversi\u00f3n inicial m\u00ednima, demostrando que la pasi\u00f3n y el compromiso son los ingredientes clave para crear vinos excepcionales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Son Alegre, en el coraz\u00f3n de Santany\u00ed, es testimonio de una profunda conexi\u00f3n con la tierra.
