In our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, we are pleased to share with you some of the initiatives we have implemented to reduce our impact on the beautiful surroundings we love so much.

Firstly, we have taken a significant step towards renewable energy by installing state-of-the-art photovoltaic panels. This technology allows us to considerably reduce our consumption of conventional electricity, thereby decreasing our carbon footprint and promoting a cleaner, healthier environment for all.

Additionally, we have implemented a rigorous water-saving and plastic reduction plan. In our commitment to conserving this vital resource, we have adopted practices ranging from optimising irrigation systems to the gradual elimination of single-use plastics, such as bags and single-dose containers, in our facilities.

We are also pleased to inform you that at Hotel Cala d’Or, we use eco-friendly bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and shower gel, which do not harm the environment. These products are carefully selected to ensure their use does not contribute to pollution while providing a high-quality experience for our guests.

In terms of gastronomy, we are proud to inform you that we use KM0 water in our restaurants, thus supporting the local economy and ensuring a sustainable, high-quality supply for our guests. Additionally, we prioritise the purchase of fresh local products, supporting our farmers and promoting healthier, more responsible eating.

These actions are just the beginning of a continuous commitment by the entire Hotel Cala d’Or team to preserve our natural environment and offer our guests a more sustainable and conscientious experience. We are committed to continuously exploring new ways to minimise our environmental impact and to involving our community in this joint effort.
