Today, we wish to highlight the variety of island grapes and three wineries that are emblems of innovation and respect for the land: Ànima Negra, 4 Kilos, and Son Alegre.

Among these, the Callet, indigenous to Mallorca, stands out, playing a leading role in the production of light-bodied red wines with fruity aromas, alongside Manto Negro and Premsal Blanc, which complete the palette of local varieties contributing to the uniqueness of Mallorcan wines, a true treasure.

Son Alegre, in the heart of Santanyí, bears witness to a profound connection with the land. Adopting biodynamic and organic farming methods, their commitment to the environment and biodiversity is palpable. Under the guidance of Miquel Manresa, Son Alegre not only produces wines but also preserves a legacy of harmony with nature, fostering an ecosystem where vineyards, carob, and olive trees coexist.
